Fadekemi has a BSc in Human Resources Management and an MBA. She has worked in and consulted for several start-ups and big Corporates through her career journey.
Fadekemi works with Leadership Teams in creating and incorporating a culture of leadership excellence, high performance and change adaptability across organisations. She provides advice on strategic people priorities and leads Strategic Workforce Management, Organizational Development, and Engagement & Learning Initiatives.
Fadekemi loves traveling, coffee, spending time with family, live theater, documentaries, books and dogs.
